Christmas is a special time, and I spent it in a great hotel. The rooms were small but cozy, clean, and well-managed. , the staff was very friendly, making me feel right at home. the hotel had a perfect location. I could easily walk to nearby attractions and restaurants, which was a huge plus. Finally, the breakfast spread had a good variety of dishes to choose from, and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot and crispy medu vada.

On the first day, the idlis were not as fluffy as I would have liked, and the medu vada was too hard. As for the coffee, it tasted like the cook added coffee to the milk instead of the other way around, and I had to give him directions to make a proper cup.

the staff was always friendly and ready to help. the location gave us easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. the bathrooms were clean and had a great finish.

Although breakfast was included, the coffee could be improved with a better quality coffee powder and machine.
